How do I return an item?
At Faversham Optical Ltd we are committed to providing the best possible customer service on all our products so if you are unhappy in any way with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible.
Non Prescription Items
Including non prescription sunglasses, accessories, non prescription swimming goggles and frame only purchases.
We offer a no quibble refund on all these types of products provided that they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of the date we dispatched them to you. We cannot return any postage costs either for the original order or for return postage. This is part of how we can keep our prices so low.
Any items received by us for return in a damaged, scratched, incomplete or otherwise unsaleable condition will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be offered. This also applies to any items received outside the time limit of 28 days for returns.
Faversham Optical Ltd's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prescription or Custom Made Items
All custom made items including but not exclusively limited to prescription spectacles, prescription sunglasses, prescription safety spectacles, prescription swimming goggles, prescription sports eyewear or repairs are not covered by the distance selling regulations. These items have been made exclusively for you and cannot be returned.
Non Delivery of Items
We exclusively use Royal Mail for deliveries and our responsibility for delivery ends when the order has been handed to the Post Office. If you have not received your order one week after the dispatch date then please contact us at email@example.com
If your order is received in a damaged condition please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01795228724 for further advice. All orders are checked before dispatch and will have been sent out in good order.

Returns are the responsibility of the sender until we receive them. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the post. A tracked delivery service is recommended. Faversham Optical cannot cover the costs of returns.
